Janina Ramirez

Janina Ramirez is a British art and cultural historian and TV presenter. She specialises in interpreting symbols and examining works of art, within their own historical context. She has taught at York University, University of Winchester, University of Warwick and is currently the History of Art course director at Oxford University. Her television career includes programmes such as An Art Lover’s Guide (BBC Four, 2017) and Architects of the Divine: The First Gothic Age (BBC Four, 2014).
