Elizabeth (Lizzie) Elvidge
Lizzie obtained her BA in History and History of Art and a PGCE in Primary Education at the University of East Anglia. She has been teaching abroad and in London for 7 years and currently works at St Christopher’s School in North London as Head of Art and Humanities, teaching Art, History and History of Art to children in Key Stage 2. Lizzie actively works with a cross-curricular approach. She is passionate about developing children’s enthusiasm and interest in Art History and enjoys using critical thinking and Philosophy for Children in her teaching. Her school’s ‘Take One Picture’ project was successfully selected to be displayed in the National Gallery.
